18th Century Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse, Mylor
EGD Renovations restored a farmhouse in Mylor from a near-derelict building back to its former glory.
Works included:

Removal of cementitious covering to the exterior walls

New lime pointing reinstated

Removal, restoration, painting, and refitting all but 3 original windows (a mix of hinged and sash windows)

Making & fitting 3 new hinged windows to match existing

Preparation of woodwork - sanding and renewing where rotten

Removal of a failed concrete ground floor

Fitting new reinforced concrete slab floor with upstand around perimeter walls (lowering the finished floor by 150mm)

Fitting of floor insulation, wet underfloor heating, and flow screed

Fitting sheep's wool loft insulation
