EGD Renovations was founded in 1996 and is based in Newquay, operating throughout Cornwall.

 

We specialise in full property renovations for private clients, including extensions, structural alterations, new ceilings and floors, carpentry, tiling, kitchen and bathroom installations, staircases, underfloor heating systems, roofing, lime pointing, sash window renovation, painting & decorating, and landscaping. For electrics, plumbing, plastering and specialist joinery, we work with trusted tradespeople we've partnered with for years, ensuring a complete service, coordinating all trades and managing your project from start to finish.

In 2021, we won a Cornish Buildings Award for outstanding restoration of an historic building, demonstrating our commitment to quality craftsmanship across all types of projects.
