EGD Renovations renovated the stairs, bannisters and hallways throughout a three-storey townhouse in Newquay, including careful restoration of Victorian mosaic tiles. The project involved sourcing reclaimed materials, extensive sanding and preparation work, and complete painting and decorating across all three floors.

Works included:

Sourcing and adding reclaimed floorboards in places
Making and fitting timber fillets to fill small gaps between boards
Sanding down floorboards and risers
Sanding down bannisters
Preparing walls and ceilings for painting
Painting ceilings, walls and bannisters
