Shop Fitting and Refurbishment Dive Newquay

EGD Renovations completed a comprehensive shop fitting and refurbishment project for Dive Newquay, a diving equipment and training business in Newquay. The project involved restoration of the vintage wooden shop front, internal alterations to create a new classroom with glass frontage, and construction of a flat roof extension for business storage in the rear garden.

• Sanding down original features and application of 3 coats of exterior paint (blue to black)

• Internal structural alterations including wall removal and repositioning

• Construction of new walls for classroom with glass frontage

• Complete rewire and installation of new consumer unit

• Demolition and reinstatement of failed external wall in rear garden
