EGD Renovations replaced rotten timber decking at a holiday let property overlooking Porth Beach in Newquay. The project involved complete removal of the old timber deck, replacement of joists and sub-deck structure, and installation of modern weatherboard composite decking within a walled garden setting. Additional painting works to surrounding walls and balustrades completed the transformation.
